What Does Element Contain?

After yesterday's exciting release, we want our ANH family to know all about Element. In the first part of this series, we will cover what Element contains!
Element is based off the composition of Deep Ocean Water, which has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties to help improve our health! The six main elements that are found in Element include Magnesium, Potassium, Boron, Calcium, Sodium and Strontium! But what do each of these elements do?
Magnesium - a vital mineral that is required for all bodily function. Magnesium assists with several functions, including the creation of our DNA and the production of protein and energy in our body!
Calcium - another vital mineral that is required for all bodily function. Calcium helps to build and maintain our bones, as well as help muscle and heart function.

- an essential nutrient that is required for cell function. Potassium and Sodium combine together to form a pump, called the sodium-potassium pump, which is responsible for the production of energy.

- an essential mineral that helps regulate the body's blood volume and blood pressure. As mentioned previously, it forms a pump with Potassium for the production of energy.

- an essential mineral that is found in our body for bone growth and maintenance. Boron also has a role in wound healing and brain function.

- a trace mineral found in our body that has a very similar function to Calcium. Strontium assists with bone growth and development, as well as slowing down the breakdown of bone!

Stay tuned for our next blog that is going to cover the benefits of Element and Deep Ocean Water!
