My Newest Post Workout Favourite!

I am passionate about health and wellbeing, and that includes finding ways to support our bodies during and after workouts to ensure we can continue to perform at our physical best and nurture our bodies. One of my new favourites – topical magnesium, has come to my attention in the last few years and I are really excited about it!

Applying magnesium direct to your skin (or the technical term, topically, has a long list of health benefits.
